If you receive any damaged or defective products, please address your concern to info@sohllashes.com with the customer’s name, order number, and photo of the defective product within 14  days from receipt. Damaged or defective items, will be replaced by Sohl Lashes.

Orders are always shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed for processing before your order is shipped.
